MINEX Europe is the World’s most prestigious event focusing on the Mineral Exploration, Mining and Processing of ores and metals in Central and Eastern. 

The Forum’s speaker podium is open to national and international companies, local government and international organisations, technology companies, mining analytics, investors, banks, academics and NGOs.

Exhibitor set-up

Table, 2 chairs, power supply 220 V., a space for a mobile banner (to be supplied by exhibitor). The banner should not exceed 2 meters in height and 1.5 meters in width.

Terms and Conditions

In-person participation. Speakers presenting on behalf of commercial organisations and wishing to attend the Forum in person are expected to pay the admission fee. Speakers who are representing sponsors and partners, as well as speakers who have received a guest pass from the Forum secretariat, are exempt from paying the fee.

Online participation. Applications from speakers interested in presenting remotely are considered on a case-by-case basis. For further information please email eu@minexforum.com

Payment. Payments are accepted by Advantix Ltd (UK) via bank transfer or credit card (payments will be processed through Stripe).

Cancellations and replacements. In case of cancellation up to 15 days prior to the event, the paid registration fee will be refunded minus 15% to cover administrative costs. In case of cancellation of participation less than 15 days before the start of the event, the registration fee is not refundable. Participants can be replaced at any time at no additional cost. All cancellations must be submitted to eu@minexforum.com.

Force majeure. In case you are unable to join the Forum for technical or other reasons, please record your presentation on a video, upload the video to any cloud file-sharing service, and send a link to presentations@minexforum.com no later than 10 October.  The video must be recorded as MP4 for the 16:9 screen. The video quality must be at least 720p or higher.  The recorded presentation will be screened during the session and broadcast live on the forum’s website.

Requirements for presentation materials

The Forum is organised in English with simultaneous translation to and from Polish.  Presenters may use either one or both languages (dividing slides into two parts) ​​when preparing presentation materials. During the Forum, only one presentation file can be projected on the screens.

Presentation slides must be prepared in standard 16:9 screen dimensions. Slides containing videos, background music, or speech are accepted in PowerPoint (PPTX or PPT).

When preparing slides, please consider the time allocated for your presentation which will be indicated in the final program (available around 1 October). Normally at the plenary or technical sessions we allocate 10-13 minutes for a presentation and offer 2-5 minutes for answering questions.
