About MINEX Europe Forum

Founded in 2015, MINEX Europe Forum offers a vibrant platform for the dissemination of innovative technologies and for promoting investment opportunities and best practices for mining and exploration across Europe.

The previous editions of the MINEX Europe have taken place in Austria, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Albania bringing together local and international companies to foster cross-border discussions on the advancement of sustainable mining and mineral exploration throughout Europe.  In 2020 the Forum was organised online and highlighted mining projects in Southern, Northern, Central and Eastern Europe.

The 7th MINEX Europe Mining and Exploration Forum was held under the theme “Mining and Green Transition in Central, Eastern, and Broader Europe” on 17– 19 October 2023 in Wrocław, Poland

What the Forum offers

At a time of unprecedented concerns about the future, let us remind ourselves that the mining industry serves the fundamental needs of our society by providing materials for building hospitals, schools, roads, power systems, machines, communications networks, and much, much more. MINEX Europe Forum is organised in a hybrid format connecting remote and in-person delegates, speakers and exhibitors. Access to the forum’s sessions as well as a web application and live broadcasts is provided exclusively to registered participants.

Delegates attending in-person will be able to enjoy networking drinks and Gala dinner. Purpose built mobile web application will enhance opportunities for interactions between the participants during and after the Forum.

International delegates attending the Forum will be able to extend their stay and book daytrips to the local mine sites where they will be able to meet mine operations managers and receive firs-hand knowledge about potential business opportunities.

Access to video recordings of sessions and slides will be provided to the forum participants after 1 November 2023. The materials will include video recordings of sessions, presentation slides and photos.

What the exhibition offers

Trade and investment exhibition organised alongside the Forum offers international and local companies the opportunity to highlight their projects, products, and services to the Forum’s local and global audiences. The exhibition is open to the Forum participants and visitors. Exhibiting companies can also reserve speaking slots in the technical program of the Forum and invite an unlimited number of guests to visit the exhibition. Exhibition visitors should pre-register to receive a guest pass.
