Kate has extensive knowledge of metallurgy and materials science and has outstanding track records in the ferroalloys space and tin sector.  Combining metallurgical knowledge, and multidisciplinary and interpersonal skills, she was associated with Luna Smelter initially as a technology consultant, currently as a Member of the Board of Directors and an advisor on technology and development. Kate obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Construction Materials at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Cracow University of Technology in 2014, and her Master of Science in the field of materials science in 2015 at the Cracow University of Technology. She continued her scientific career by completing three years of doctoral studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences, Institute of Metallurgy, and Materials Science in Krakow. Her R&D focus is on zero waste production goals, green technologies for metallurgical processing and the usage of new technologies for ESG data tracking.
