One newsletter – 1,000.00 Euros

The package includes:

Design of the template of the e-newsletter using texts, graphics and other materials provided by the advertiser.

E-broadcast of the newsletter to the participants and subscribers of the MINEX Europe forum.

Posting a newsletter in the news section of the forum website

Publishing newsletter in the social groups of the Forum.

Placement of the company profile (logo and company description) on the forum website.

Video advertising

Onsite Video Advertising

Cost: 500 Euro

What’s included

On-screen demonstration of a video clip in the main meeting hall between the sessions of the MINEX Forum.

Ability to publish news on the forum website.

NB. The duration of the video clip should not exceed 30 seconds. The demonstration is made in rotation without sound.

Participation terms

Confirmation of the booking and invoice will be sent within 2 working days to the email address used in the booking form. Please check your spam inbox for an automatic reply. Please contact admin@minexforum.com if you have not received confirmation within the stated period.

The fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via Stripe) or Bank Transfer.

Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to participants who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum. Replacement or cancellation: Delegate substitution can be made at any time. All cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com 10 calendar days before the event will be subject to 15% administration fee. No refunds will be made if cancellations are submitted less than 10 calendar days before the event. At the discretion of the organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received less than 10 calendar days before the event.
