A cross-industry event for managers and specialists responsible for modernisation and sustainable development. The Smart Industry Conference’22 (SIC’22) is one of the first benchmarking cross-industry events in Russia. The conference offers a platform for discussing business transformation practices aimed at increasing operational efficiency, reducing environmental impact, and creating sustainable social relations in industrial production and service sectors.

Companies working in various areas of industrial production and services will present projects implemented with the use of digital technologies, robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, alternative energy sources, and other decarbonisation technologies.
The focus of the conference is the development and implementation of ClimateTech, EcoTech and ESGTech innovative technologies in the real sectors of the economy to effectively reduce the environmental footprint of industrial activities and form a technological base for sustainable development of the enterprises of the future.
The SMART part of the conference is focused on innovative technological approaches to industrial modernisation. The agenda touches upon the prospects for development of the intellectual component of industrial management, combining capabilities of human and artificial intelligence and introduction of other Industry 4.0 technologies. In addition to technological aspects, the conference is also exploring social aspects of the modern-day industry, including education, gender development, welfare growth, inclusiveness, etc.
The conference events are held at a venue in Moscow equipped with advanced audio-video technology. Remote speakers and panellists, by prior agreement, can present via ZOOM or pre-recorded video.
The presentations of the first track are accompanied by a simultaneous translation into Russian and English and are broadcast live on the conference website. The video recording of the sessions of the first and second tracks and the presented slides are published in the materials after the conference.
The first track is organised in the format of thematic sessions, panel discussions and fire-side chats.
The topics of the sessions are published in the program. The format, themes, duration, and selection of presentations are determined individually and published in the program. Most of the sessions are organised as panel discussions. The number of presentations at the sessions is limited. Presentations may include analytical reviews and industry cases thematically related to the content of the sessions.
ATTENTION
Promotional presentations of products, services and technologies that are not related to cases are not allowed in the first track.
First track
Access to the first track sessions is permitted to the ticket holding conference participants, sponsors’ and partners’ representatives and accredited journalists. The second track is organised in the format of business presentations and pitch-ups. The format, topics, duration and composition of speakers are determined individually.
Second track
The second track is organised in the format of business presentations and start-up pitch-ups. Presentations usually contain advertising and promotional content and are grouped by topics. Access to the sessions of the second track is available to the admission ticket holding conference participants, representatives of sponsors and partners, accredited journalists, as well as exhibition visitors (prior free of charge registration is required).
When applicable, an invoice for participation will be sent to the indicated e-mail address within 48 hours after receiving the application. Please contact the conference secretariat if you have not received the invoice within the specified time frame.
Cashless payments in Russian rubbles are accepted by ООО «Горнопромышленный форум МАЙНЕКС». Payments in foreign currency are accepted by Advantix Ltd via bank transfer or credit card. Participants who did not register in advance can register and pay on the day by credit card, by completing registration form on the conference website (payments will be processed through Stripe or PayPal and collected by Advantix Ltd.).
In case of cancellation up to 15 days prior to the event, paid registration fee will be refunded minus 15% to cover administrative costs. In case of cancellation of participation less than 15 days before the start of the event, the registration fee is not refundable. Participants can be replaced at any time at no additional cost. All cancellations must be submitted to info@smartindustry.com.
The working languages of the conference are Russian and English. When preparing presentation materials, speakers can use either one or both languages.
During the conference, only one presentation file can be presented on the screens in PowerPoint (PPTX), Adobe Viewer (PDF) and Prezi (for online speakers) format.
The deadlines for submitting slides for online presentations are determined individually. Slides to be presented in Moscow must be submitted no later than 25 May 2022 as we require extra time to brief session moderators, interpreters and prepare Q&As.
Format: Slides must be prepared in 16:9 aspect ratio, in PPT, PPTX, PDF or Prezi format (for online speakers).
